Puc Puc Bloom terms
Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms cover the Puc Puc Bloom app for Android and its Premium subscription. The website terms cover emmaplayworld.com.
The short version
- The app is free to use with 2 habits. Premium lets you have up to 20.
- Premium is one yearly subscription, sold and billed by Google Play. New subscribers can try it free for 3 days.
- It renews automatically every year unless you cancel it in Google Play.
- If Premium ends, nothing is deleted.
- Purchases are behind a grown-ups PIN. The app is meant to be set up by a parent or carer.
Who we are
Puc Puc Bloom is made by Emma Play World. You can contact us at [email protected].
Using the app
Puc Puc Bloom is a habit tracker for one child, set up by a grown-up. Everything you enter stays on the device; see the privacy notice. You may use the app for your family's own, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, sell or modify it.
Premium subscription
- What you get: up to 20 habits (the free app has 2), and habits that were paused when Premium ended come back with all their ticks.
- Price: the yearly price is shown on the Premium screen and in Google Play before you confirm. It comes from Google Play in your local currency, including any tax.
- Free trial: if Google Play shows a free trial, the first 3 days are free. Google Play decides who is eligible (usually only people who have not had this subscription before). Cancel before the 3 days end and you pay nothing.
- Automatic renewal: after any free trial, the yearly price is charged to your Google Play account, then again every year on the same date, until you cancel.
- Cancelling: open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Puc Puc Bloom, or use “Manage subscription” in the app. Premium stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds: payments are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policies. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
- Price changes: if the price ever changes, Google Play tells existing subscribers in advance and, where required, asks you to agree.
- Without internet: once Google Play has confirmed Premium, it keeps working without a connection (for example in airplane mode) for up to 14 days after the last check. After that it waits for the next check with Google Play, which happens automatically when the device is online. Nothing is deleted while it waits.
- Restoring: on a new device signed in to the same Google account, use “Restore purchases” on the Premium screen.
When Premium ends
Nothing is deleted. Habits after the first 2 are paused and come back, with all their ticks, when Premium is on again. Paused days do not count towards progress, and days before the pause keep their score.
Children and purchases
The app is for children to use, but purchases, settings and links that leave the app are behind a grown-ups PIN. The app does not ask children to buy anything. If a purchase was made by mistake, contact Google Play about a refund.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will always be free from errors. Saved progress lives only on your device, so uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including your rights under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. We will change the date above when we do. Important changes to the subscription will also be shown in the app or by Google Play.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
