Puc Puc Bloom privacy
Last updated: 25 October 2026. This notice covers the Puc Puc Bloom app for Android.
The short version
- The app collects no personal information: no names, no accounts, no sign-up and no location.
- It has no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools.
- Habits, ticks and settings stay on the device. We never receive them.
- Premium is billed by Google Play, and we never see payment details.
- Settings, Premium and links that leave the app are behind a grown-ups PIN.
Who we are
Puc Puc Bloom is a habit tracker for children, made by Emma Play World. It is designed for a parent or carer to set up and for a child to use. You can contact us at [email protected].
What the app does not do
- It has no accounts, sign-up or log-in.
- It does not ask for a child's name, age, photos, location or contacts, and it does not use the camera or microphone.
- It shows no advertising and does not use the Android advertising ID.
- It contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools.
- It has no chat, sharing or contact with other people.
- It does not send habits, progress or settings to us or to anyone else. We do not run any servers for the app.
What is stored on the device
To work, the app saves a small amount of information on the device itself:
- the habits you create (name, icon, colour, days, time of day and how many times a day);
- ticks, rest days, the garden, stickers, streaks and the weekly summary;
- the Star Jar treat you type in (for example “Trip to the park”) and its stars;
- settings (sounds, confetti and whether habit changes need the PIN);
- the grown-ups PIN, saved as a code worked out from the PIN rather than as the four digits themselves;
- whether Premium is on.
We do not receive this information and cannot see it. Please do not type personal details, such as a child's full name, into habit names or the Star Jar treat. Even if you do, it stays on the device.
To delete everything, use Grown-ups › Delete all in the app, clear the app's storage in the device's settings, or uninstall the app.
If backup is turned on for the device's Google account, Android may include the app's saved information in that backup so it can be restored on a new device. This is managed by Google under your device's backup settings, and we cannot see it.
Internet use
The app uses the internet only to talk to Google Play about Premium. Everything else, including its pictures and fonts, is built into the app and works without a connection.
Premium, the free trial and payments
The app is free to use with up to 2 habits. Premium is optional and allows up to 20 habits. It is a yearly subscription sold and billed by Google Play using the Google Play billing system, and it starts with a free trial. The length of the trial and the yearly price are shown in the app and in Google Play before you subscribe. If the subscription is not cancelled before the free trial ends, Google Play charges the yearly price, and the subscription then renews every year until it is cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; cancelling during the free trial means nothing is charged. Subscribing needs the grown-ups PIN.
Payment details are handled entirely by Google, and we never receive them. On the device, the app asks Google Play whether there is an active Premium subscription so that it can unlock it, and it does not send this to us. Google may show us basic order information, such as an order number, date, country and amount, which we use only for accounting, refunds and support. Google's handling of purchase information is described in Google's privacy policy.
If Premium ends, nothing is deleted. Habits after the first 2 are paused and come back when Premium is on again.
App performance reports from Google
We do not add any crash-reporting or analytics tools to the app. Like all apps on Google Play, Google may give us general reports about crashes and freezes (“Android vitals”). These are collected by Android from devices whose owners have chosen to share usage and diagnostics with Google, not by the app, and they are handled under Google's privacy policy. They do not identify you or your child to us, and we use them only to fix problems.
Links that leave the app
Links to our email address, this website, our YouTube channel, our other app on Google Play, Google Play subscriptions and this privacy notice appear only in the grown-ups area, behind the PIN. Opening one leaves the app, and the service you open handles your data under its own policy.
If you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to reply. Email is handled through Gmail (Google). We keep messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive information.
Children and the app
The app is designed for children and does not collect personal information from them. There is no advertising, chat or sharing, and purchases, settings and outside links are behind the grown-ups PIN. If you think a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data held about you, such as asking to see it, correct it or delete it, or to object to how it is used, and a right to complain to your local data protection authority. The app sends us no personal data, so we hold none from your use of it. To ask about anything else, such as an email you sent us, email us.
Changes
If we change how the app works in a way that affects this notice, we will update this page and its date before the new version is released.
