Puc Puc Piggy terms
Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms cover the Puc Puc Piggy app for Android, version 1.0.21 and later, and its one-time unlock. How the app treats information is in the Puc Puc Piggy privacy notice. The website terms cover emmaplayworld.com.
The short version
- Everything in the app is free for the first 3 days. No payment details are needed and nothing is bought automatically.
- After 3 days, a grown-up can unlock everything forever with one purchase through Google Play: £2.99 in the UK, or the local price Google Play shows. There is no subscription and no renewal.
- Without the unlock, everything already saved can still be seen. Nothing is ever deleted.
- The money in the app is a record of savings only. It is not a bank or a payment service and it never holds, moves or stores real money.
- Buying is behind a grown-ups PIN. The app is meant to be set up by a parent or carer.
Who we are
Puc Puc Piggy is made by Emma Play World. You can contact us at [email protected].
Using the app
Puc Puc Piggy helps a child keep a record of the money they save, with a parent or carer. The amounts are typed in by you; the app does not hold, move or store real money, is not a bank account, and is not a payment or financial service. Everything you enter stays on the device; see the privacy notice. You may use the app for your family’s own, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, sell or modify it.
The free 3 days
- What is free: everything in the app, for 72 hours from the first time version 1.0.21 or later is opened on the device.
- No payment details and no automatic purchase: nothing is charged when the 3 days end. The free days are counted by the app on the device; they are not a Google Play free trial.
- What happens after 3 days: the balance, the coin diary, dreams, stickers and the Family summary can still be seen, and the grown-ups area keeps working (settings, Delete all, links and Restore purchases). Adding or taking out money, changing the diary or dreams, jobs, pocket money and the games wait for the unlock.
- Limits: because there are no accounts and the app uses no device identifiers, the free days are counted only on the device. Moving the clock does not add free time.
Unlock forever (one-time purchase)
- What it is: one payment, made through Google Play on the Google account used, that unlocks everything in Puc Puc Piggy for good. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing more is charged.
- Price: £2.99 in the United Kingdom. In other countries Google Play sets the local price. The price that applies to you, including any tax, is shown on the Unlock Forever screen and in Google Play before you confirm.
- Who can buy: only a grown-up, after entering the grown-ups PIN. Google Play then asks for confirmation.
- Restoring: on a new device or after reinstalling, signed in to the same Google account, use “Restore purchases” in the grown-ups area. Saved records do not come back after a reinstall (see below).
- Without an internet connection: the unlock keeps working offline. The app needs Google Play to confirm the purchase again at least every 30 days; until it can, the app shows what is saved but waits before allowing changes. Being offline never unlocks the app on its own.
- Refunds: payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play’s refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the unlock is removed, but nothing saved is deleted. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
- Earlier test versions: closed-test versions up to 1.0.20 offered a yearly subscription instead. It no longer unlocks the app. If you subscribed, you can cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Your saved records
Everything is saved only on the device. It is not backed up to Google Drive or copied to a new phone, so uninstalling the app, clearing its storage or losing the phone deletes the piggy’s records for good, and we cannot recover them. The unlock itself can be restored, but the records cannot.
Children and purchases
The app is for children to use, but buying, settings and links that leave the app are behind a grown-ups PIN. The app does not ask children to buy anything; when the free days end, it shows a calm message asking them to talk to a grown-up. If a purchase was made by mistake, contact Google Play about a refund.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the app reliable, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will always be free from errors. Because it is a record kept on your device, please don’t rely on it as the only record of money that matters. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including your rights under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the app changes. We will change the date above when we do. A purchase you have already made stays unlocked.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
