Puc Puc Pegs terms
Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms cover the Puc Puc Pegs game for Android (version 1.1 and later), its 3 free days and its optional one-time unlock. How the game treats information is in the Puc Puc Pegs privacy notice. The website terms cover emmaplayworld.com.
The short version
- Everything is free for the first 3 days. No payment details are needed.
- After 3 days, 2 pictures in each level stay free. Nothing is bought or charged automatically.
- A grown-up can unlock all 60 pictures forever with one payment through Google Play (£2.99 in the UK; the local price is shown before you pay). There is no subscription.
- Stars, stickers and finished pictures are never deleted by the free days ending or by buying.
- The unlock screen is behind a grown-ups PIN.
Who we are
Puc Puc Pegs is made by Emma Play World. You can contact us at [email protected].
Using the game
Puc Puc Pegs is a peg-board picture game for young children, played with a parent or carer nearby. Everything the game saves stays on the device; see the privacy notice. You may use the game for your family’s own, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, sell or modify it.
The 3 free days
- For 72 hours from the first time the game is opened, all 60 pictures and every sticker are free.
- This is counted by the game on the device. It is not a Google Play trial: no payment method is needed, nothing is signed up for, and nothing is charged when the 72 hours end.
- The count uses real elapsed time, so time zones and summer time make no difference. Moving the device clock does not add free time.
- Because there are no accounts and we do not track devices, the count is kept only on the device. Uninstalling the game removes it (and all saved progress), and a new install starts a new 3 days.
Unlock forever
- What it includes: all 60 peg pictures across Easy, Medium and Tricky and every sticker for the sticker book. There are no adverts, with or without the unlock.
- One payment: a one-time purchase through Google Play, for the Google account that buys it. There is no subscription, no renewal and no further charge.
- Price: £2.99 in the United Kingdom. In other countries Google Play shows the price in your local currency, including any tax, on the unlock screen and in Google Play before you confirm. That is the price you pay.
- Pending payments: if Google Play shows a payment as pending (for example cash at a shop), the pictures unlock when Google Play confirms it.
- Restoring: after reinstalling, or on another device signed in to the same Google account, use “Restore purchases” on the unlock screen. Saved progress is not restored, because it is kept only on the device.
- Without internet: once Google Play has confirmed the purchase, it keeps working offline for up to 30 days at a time; after that, the extra pictures wait until the device is online and Google Play confirms it again. Nothing is deleted while it waits.
- Refunds: payments are handled by Google Play under its own terms and refund policies. If Google Play refunds or cancels a purchase, the extra pictures lock again; stars, stickers and progress stay. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
Children and purchases
The game is for children to play, but the unlock screen, settings and links that leave the game are behind a grown-ups PIN. When the free days have ended, a child who taps a locked picture sees a short note to ask a grown-up, with no price. The game does not ask children to buy anything. If a purchase was made by mistake, contact Google Play about a refund.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the game reliable, but it is provided as it is and we cannot promise it will always be free from errors. Saved progress lives only on your device, so uninstalling the game or clearing its storage removes it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law that cannot be limited, including your rights under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when the game changes. We will change the date above when we do. Version 1.0 of the game, which was only in closed testing, used a yearly subscription; it is replaced by the one-time unlock described here.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
